Terms of use
Last updated: 7 November 2026 · Beta
1. The service
BeyondRecruiter is operated by Not yet published, Not yet published. It reviews your CV against a job ad, suggests fixes, rewrites your CV, helps you find jobs on employers' career sites and job boards, and tracks your applications. The service is in beta: features may change and there may be errors or downtime.
2. AI-written content
Feedback, scores, fixes, answers and CVs are written by AI. They are opinions and suggestions, not guarantees of an interview or job. Market and company notes are general knowledge, not live data. You decide what to use.
3. Your responsibility
Everything you send to an employer must be true. Only add skills, numbers and experience you really have. You apply on the employer's own site and press Send yourself; we never submit applications for you. Don't upload other people's CVs without their permission.
4. Accounts
One account per person. You must be at least 16. Keep your password safe. We may close accounts that abuse the free offer or the service.
5. Credits and payment
New accounts get one free review and one free CV rewrite (one set per person). The first 100 accounts get 0% off their first purchase. Further credits can be bought; prices include VAT. Credits are used per action (for example 1 for a review, 2 for a CV rewrite) as shown in the app. A review or rewrite that fails or that you stop is not charged. Credits don't expire while the service runs and can't be exchanged for money.
Right of withdrawal: as a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. When you buy, you ask us to deliver the credits straight away and confirm you know your right of withdrawal ends once you use them (§356(5) BGB). Unused credits bought in the last 14 days are refunded on request to Not yet published.
6. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of service. Otherwise liability is excluded, as far as the law allows.
7. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the privacy policy.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell account holders by email before changes apply. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence stays in force. The EU online dispute platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr; we are not obliged to and do not take part in consumer arbitration.
